Joe advises clients on business, corporate, and finance matters.
Joe’s from the Seattle area. He started his career in Tokyo at the leader of the Magic Circle of top international law firms, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. He also practiced law at one of the top-5 largest law firms in the world, Baker McKenzie. He summered at Morgan Lewis Bockius, clerked at the SEC Division of Enforcement, and clerked at the Seattle City Attorney’s Office.
Joe has extensive experience working with technology businesses. He has worked in-house at several businesses, including the Elon Musk ideated business associated with Richard Branson, Virgin Hyperloop One. He has also worked in-house as General Counsel at several fast growing startups, two of which have been acquired by major companies.
